US: Leading innovators in the lipid nanoparticle (LNP) field, looking for a talented individual to join our collaborative, passionate, diverse pharmaceutical focused team.


ROLE SUMMARY:  Acuitas Therapeutics is seeking a Sr. Associate / Associate to work cross departmentally. As an integral part of the planning and coordination function at Acuitas, the role holder will plan and coordinate projects using project planning and management methods to support departments and cross-functional teams 


Working with Departmental Managers the
Sr. Associate / Associate’s responsibilities will include: 

  • Coordination of agendas, minutes and documentation within the highly demanding Technology Transfer commitments within the CMC, Process Development and Analytical groups
  • Reporting progress on a regular basis to the Director of CMC and PD. Additionally reporting to the Senior Partner Liaison for broader exposure to Partner and Project Management at Acuitas including tools, processes and related systems.
  • Noting and tracking internal actions as well as following up with documentation and filing
  • Developing new and more efficient methods of generating, documenting, visualizing, and reporting planning-related information such as timelines, meeting minutes/actions, budget, equipment·      
  • Facilitating the use of specific planning tools to identify issues and gain clarity and agreement amongst staff and management



  • A minimum of five years related experience with two years project planning/management experience is preferred·      
  • A background in biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical-related science·      
  • Solid expertise in MS Project (or similar project management platform) is useful. In addition, use of the MS Suite of tools – MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook essential. A bonus - coding and debugging in Visual Basic using MS Excel and Power BI will empower the creation of functional and tailored tools·      
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams is an asset and/or experience in CMC Project Management and/or Discovery/Research project management
  • Additionally, experience or exposure to Alliance and Partner Management will be valuable and position you for expanded future involvement with our various international Partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and are self-motivated, flexible and a problem-solver.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, growing, team environment. You exhibit leadership traits and live the values of honesty, integrity, innovation, and openness.
  • Strong listener, quick learner and excellent communicator who will seek to understand how work is assigned, conveyed, and further planned internally
